The sole purpose of this product is to track where your children go while on the computer, that is why it records anything you type on your keyboard such as logs from chat rooms, e-mails, instant messaging, and more. NETPatrol allows you to quickly identify internet addresses that were typed into the computer, making it easy for you to find what sites your child has been visiting. With KEYKatcher, you can create custom searches to find specific words that were typed into the computer. Both NETPatrol and custom searching, currently have patents pending. This device is purely hardware based so there is no software at all that needs to be installed.
Installation:
The KEYKatcher is probably the easiest piece of hardware I have ever installed before! To begin the installation, unplug the keyboard cable from the back of your computer. Next, plug the KEYKatcher into the keyboard cable end you just removed from the rear of your computer. Now, plug the KEYKatcher into the back of your computer where you previously removed the cable. If you would like, you can slide heat shrink tubing (included) between the KEYKatcher and the keyboard cable. Use a hair dryer to tighten the heat shrinks tubing. This tubing will keep the KEYKatcher connected to the keyboard cable unless you cut the tubing, this will serve to let you know if the device has been removed or tampered with. Installation is that easy and can be completed in a matter of seconds.
