To be honest, I was personally amazed with the amount of features included with this SlimX 550 portable CD player. The included components are a remote control with backlit LCD, premium earphones, carrying case, car cassette & power adapter, 2 NiMH rechargeable batteries, AC adapter, headphone adapter, and a printed user's manual. The remote control is a wired remote and allows you to control your audio and settings. The LCD screen is also mounted on this wired remote. The premium earphones, which are included, have the capabilities to produce some very clear and crisp audio. A carrying case is also included which offers the option for the CD player to sit in the case and the case can then be attached to your belt. The car cassette & power adapter allows you to connect the device to your car's tape-deck and play the CD through the speakers in the car. The printed user manual is nice since lots of companies lately have been moving to adobe acrobat manuals where you are forced to read them in front of your computer screen.
